Jen comes to Falcon Wealth with over 14 years of experience in Human Resources. Her specialties include Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HR Compliance, Benefits, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Organizational Structure. Jen also holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services Management.

Before joining Falcon Wealth, Jen worked in Human Resources in corporate banking for close to 10 years. Jen takes her work seriously and is always looking for new and inventive ways to create the best work environment for all associates. On her time away from work, Jen enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two daughters,

Lola and Madeline. Her free time is often spent carting them around to their numerous sporting events. Jen also loves watching sunsets, painting, learning, and traveling.
