Costco makes it easy for employees to manage payroll and tax-related information through the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal. ESS provides a convenient way to:
View your time cards.
Access paycheck stubs.
Print W-2 forms.
Update your address, bank account, and tax details.
Opt-in for electronic delivery of tax forms for faster access.
Tax Forms You Need
W-2: Your Annual Wage and Tax Statement
The W-2 form details your income from Costco and the taxes withheld during the year. This form is essential for filing your tax return.
Electronic Delivery: Opt in to access your W-2 through ESS by mid-January.
Mail Delivery: If not opted in, W-2 forms are mailed by January 31.
Reprints: If you need another copy, you can print one from ESS.
1095-C: Health Care Coverage Information
The 1095-C form outlines the health care coverage provided by Costco for you and your dependents. While not required for submission with your tax return, the information may be needed when filing.
Electronic Delivery: Opt in to receive your 1095-C form via email.
Mail Delivery: Forms are mailed by January 31 if you haven’t selected electronic delivery.
Reprints: Access another copy through healthefxforms.us/cw. First-time users must register on the site.
